If you won't be enjoying your cookies within 48 hours, freeze your cookies right away to lock in freshness.
Do not refrigerate Aunt Beth's Cookies. The cold air from the refrigerator will dry them out faster.
For any leftover cookies, keep them in the provided freezer bag and seal it tightly with the twist tie before placing back in the freezer.
When you're ready to enjoy frozen cookies, let them thaw at room temperature for about 30-60 minutes for that fresh from the oven taste.
Our cookies can be refrozen up to two times before they start to lose their signature moistness.
If you're storing cookies in a cookie jar or bakery case, keep them at room temperature for best results.
