Aunt Beth's Cookies Frequently Asked Questions

To maintain peak freshness, we recommend freezing our cookies within 48 hours of receiving them. Freezing preserves their soft texture and rich flavor so they'll taste just as good as the day they were baked when you're ready to enjoy them. 

When kept frozen, our cookies remain fresh for at least 9 months. Once thawed and properly wrapped in its packaging, they stay fresh for approximately 4 to 5 days.  

To enjoy Aunt Beth's Cookies at their best, allow them to thaw at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes to an hour. For a quicker treat, you can microwave one cookie at a time for about 10 seconds. If your plans change, don't worry! Our cookies can be refrozen up to two times without significantly affecting their signature soft texture and rich flavor. 

Yes! All of our cookies are made with the finest all-natural ingredients. We use 100% pure butter, locally sourced sugar, premium chocolate, high-quality vanilla and fresh local eggs - cracked by hand in our kitchen. Our recipes contain no preservatives, just simple, high-quality ingredients you can trust.  

Our most popular flavor is the classic Chocolate Chip & Chunk. Other customer favorites include White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Triple Chocolate Mudslide, and Peanut Butter. 

Yes, Beth is very much a real person! She founded Aunt Beth's Cookies alongside her husband Ted in 1980, building the business on passion for homemade quality and classic flavors. In 2016, Beth and Ted passed on the cookie tradition to Executive Pastry Chef Phi Wenzel, and local businessman Michael Violi, who continue to uphold the same commitment to excellence.
